Carpenter Wanted

At Acton ADU, we specialize in designing, building, and navigating accessory dwelling units (ADUs), also known as backyard homes.

These ADUs help provide accessible housing options for homeowners across the Bay Area and positively impact people's lives.

We seek skilled carpenters who share our values and take pride in their work.

Skill Requirements:
  • Familiarity with framing, cabinet installation, and finish work
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Possession of a full set of tools
  • Basic math skills and ability to lift 100 pounds
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform labor tasks as directed by the site superintendent
  2. Collaborate with trade contractors to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
