About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinicians and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with prescribed home exercise programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Support the patient intake and registration process, including reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
  • Assist with patient rescheduling and provide primary support during the daily patient check-in process, including upfront payment collections.
  • Collect Patient Reported Outcome assessments and provide support to clinicians during daily operations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or healthcare experience, including Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students.
  • Customer Service experience in a service industry or administrative role.
  • Certified Personal Trainer experience.
  • Associates Degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
