- Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional member service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
