Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert - Azure

We are seeking a skilled Azure Solution Architect to join our team at Mindlance in Washington, DC. As a key member of our cloud solutions group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of $150,000 per year.

**Job Description:**
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years of hands-on Azure experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture, as well as experience with Azure migration tools and processes. In addition, they will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- 15+ years of demonstrated ability in the IT industry spanning multiple roles like architecture, design, development, and operations
- At least 5 years of experience of successfully leading and forming teams of technical sales professionals
- Highly knowledgeable with 8+ years of IT service delivery experience and should include at least 3 years of hands-on Azure experience (Azure IaaS and ServiceNow)
- Experience in leading large-scale cloud migration programs
- Strong Angular UI experience
- Microsoft Azure certifications e.g. Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Security Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Authority, Azure Architect Authority
- Prior experience in crafting a recommended target state cloud architecture on Azure based on on-prem feature set and tools specific to data processing/reporting
- Ability to rationalize and work with IT and business to make recommendations as to what would be the right service to leverage on Azure cloud to address certain capabilities
