About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based systems and applications using modern programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, and Golang.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and security.Maintain and improve existing cloud infrastructure, including virtualization platforms, containerization tools, and orchestration systems.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services, including Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and/or serverless computing frameworks like AWS Lambda.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, version control systems, and collaborative development tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
