The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a correctional healthcare setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of individual treatment programs for patients in the healthcare unit and housing unit.
  • Administer medications and interventions as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Document patient encounters, responses, and effectiveness of care.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and correctional officers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted STATE Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional experience preferred.
