Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally performing non-technical automotive service repairs, such as oil changes and vehicle inspections;
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed company standards;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized service department, including the warehouse, showroom, and building exterior;
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with changing automotive technology;
  • Performing other tasks as required by the Service Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Good physical health, including the ability to frequently lift 60 pounds;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A valid driver's license.
