About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trenton Hospital, a Magnet-designated facility providing comprehensive medical and surgical care. As a member of our surgical team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing the framework of the nursing process to provide professional nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients under the direction of the Nurse Leader.
  • Provide quality patient care according to Corewell Health policies and procedures.
  • Partner with patients and families to develop teaching strategies and document education and learning in the health record.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years.
  • 2 years of experience as an RN preferred, with OR experience.
Work Environment
