Position Summary

As a Marketing Greeter (Off Property Consultant) at Westgate Resorts, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our marketing initiatives. Your main duty will be to promote Westgate Resorts in the area by enticing vacationers to explore our properties through attractive offers on discounted attraction tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage potential guests to visit Westgate Resorts by highlighting significant savings on local attractions.
  • Engage with clients to assist in the qualification process for resort tours, while also facilitating ticket sales and room bookings when necessary.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and room bookings, all while upholding the Westgate Resorts brand.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to present various discounted ticket options and room bookings, aiming to enrich guest experiences and maximize personal commissions.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and organized workspace at all times.
  • Stay informed about ticket pricing and promotional offers that serve as incentives for visiting our resorts.
