Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $17.53 to $32.04 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Build and enhance client relationships by actively promoting the bank's products and services.
  • Interview clients to determine banking needs and make appropriate referrals to enhance client relationships.
  • Lead key sales initiatives by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and contributing to the achievement of branch sales goals.
  • Actively participate in efforts to gain and deepen client relationships by seeking opportunities to discuss and offer bank products and services as a solution for client needs.
  • Accurately quote rates, terms, and programs to meet client consumer lending needs.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end process from loan origination to closing for both non-real estate and real estate secured lending products.
  • Open and process new accounts, including all types of consumer and business deposit accounts and safe boxes.
  • Research and respond to client inquiries, verify account information, resolve client concerns, or refer them to management as necessary.
  • Assist branch manager with branch meetings and staff training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Minimum two years of cash handling experience.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including consumer lending processes.
  • Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
  • Demonstrated success building and enhancing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
