Job Description:
Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a skilled scheduler to join their team. This role involves collaborating with regional field teams, creating and reviewing schedules, and facilitating preconstruction planning sessions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field and advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with regional field teams to implement Ryan's scheduling standard practices.
  • Develop and review project schedules during the proposal stage.
  • Coordinate preconstruction planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Work with data analytics to track schedule health.
  • Display leadership qualities and act as a resource to project teams.
  • Travel for projects up to 50%.

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly base pay rate is $49.66 - $62.09, with opportunities for additional compensation through commission and/or incentives. Ryan Companies offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and more.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or 4D scheduling software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
