CEdge Software Consultants is a leading technology firm that provides top-notch solutions to its clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Intermediate, Helpdesk Support Services Specialist (Tier II) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have the skills and expertise to provide on-site support for SDDC's OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers. This includes troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral problems in accordance with approved baseline configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for SDDC's OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve workstation and peripheral problems IAW approved baseline configurations
  • Maintain a knowledge database of problem resolutions related to service requests and inquiries by SDDC BDE, BN, and DET Level customers
  • Deliverable: Provide the required Knowledge Database (BDE, BN, and Det Level) identifying the problem and the resolution by the 10th business day of the following month

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop platforms
  • Workstation upgrades, new workstation imaging/setup/installations, and replacement of workstations and peripherals
  • Troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral hardware and software problems IAW approved baseline configurations for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET
  • Required certification : IAT II, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP
