The Role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and customers, creating a unique experience for them. You'll identify customers' needs through our proprietary selling process, demonstrating, quoting, and closing sales, and providing a customized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintain store standards and perform other duties as requested
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
