The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and intellectual property law, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our litigation calendar, including motion and discovery deadlines, as well as appearances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain litigation calendar, including motion and discovery deadlines and appearances.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including typing, proofreading, editing, and assembling legal documents.
- Use billing system to enter time and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation for meetings, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and other appearances.
- Guide the work of other secretaries and support staff.
