As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and management of our beautiful private estate home on the Main Line.

Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping and Laundry: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the estate, including daily housekeeping, laundry, and ironing.
  • Pantry Management: Order and manage household supplies, ensuring that the pantry is well-stocked and organized.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and delicious meals for the family, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Gardening and Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the beauty and integrity of the estate's gardens and grounds.
  • Household Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the estate remains in excellent condition.
  • Event Planning and Hosting: Assist with planning and executing events and gatherings at the estate, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
  • Security and Errands: Ensure the security and safety of the estate and its occupants, as well as handle errands and tasks as needed.
  • Vehicle Care: Maintain and detail the family's vehicles, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Assist with scheduling and organization of household tasks and events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a private estate, yacht, or hotel setting.
  • References: Excellent, verifiable references as a Domestic Couple.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Benefits:

  • Free Room and Board: For live-in candidates, a private living space is provided.
  • Vacation Time: 14 days per year.
  • Sick/Personal Days: 5 days per year.
  • Annual Salary Review: A review of salary will be conducted annually.
  • Year-End Bonus: A bonus will be awarded at the end of each year.
