Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with carriers and internal departments to achieve inbound delivery goals.
- Conduct regular discussions with carriers and service providers.
- Generate and share performance metrics to enhance transportation efficiency and carrier service quality.
- Perform analyses using tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Report any performance or supply chain challenges to management and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective client interaction.
