About the Role:

As an Inbound Logistics Specialist at Uline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials to our customers. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to build relationships with carriers and internal teams, host regular calls, and maintain metrics reporting to improve transportation time and carrier service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build relationships with carriers and internal teams to meet inbound delivery expectations
* Host regular carrier and service provider calls
* Maintain and distribute metrics reporting to improve transportation time and carrier service
* Conduct analysis using tools such as BI, TMS, etc.
* Escalate performance or supply chain issues to management and service providers

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
