Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring seamless communication with our members through prompt, courteous, and professional interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and knowledge of member requests, transactions, and account information.
  • Cross-selling products and services that meet the needs of our valued members, while educating them on remote banking options.
  • Fostering effective collaboration with all Credit Union employees to drive business goals and quality service.

We are seeking an individual with one to three years of experience in a similar role, a high school education or equivalent, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You should possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.

The compensation package includes:

  • A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
