Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing critical human resources functions, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, Employee Relations, and Benefits Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, including reporting, resolution, and compliance with WC regulations and company policies.
  • Lead efforts to resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances. Conduct investigations as needed and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with benefit providers and employees to address benefit-related matters, ensuring compliance with benefit plan regulations and reporting.
  • Provide accurate and timely HR advice and counsel to employees and managers across the organization. Stay current with HR practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred 2 years previous payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation regulations and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of FMLA laws and requirements.
