Nicolet National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Processor to join our team. As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in the preparation, delivery, review, and processing of commercial and agricultural loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Documentation Preparation: Prepare, deliver, process, and review various types of commercial and agricultural loan documentation for customer loan requests.
  • Documentation Management: Locate, categorize, and reindex documentation received from administrative assistants.
  • Loan System Management: Upload and book loans to the system of record.
  • Post-Closing Review: Complete post-closing final review of documents.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy, maintain compliance when completing bank tasks and department requirements.
  • Workflow Management: Maintain a fluid workflow and timeline of assigned loan requests received from the commercial and agricultural lending team.
  • Communication: Communicate directly with the commercial lending team and administrative assistants on loan package requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with the team lead on corrections and projects within the department.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of loan, business, or commercial processing, loan documentation, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in using the suite of Microsoft Office systems, including Teams, Excel, and Word. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Must be a team player who enjoys a fluid work environment. Willingness and desire for continuous learning to maintain and enhance professional expertise in the field.
