Job Summary

This role supports the Church Ministry team by providing resources and equipment for events and field staff, ensuring timely shipments, tracking assets, and maintaining internal records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Church Ministry staff in identifying materials for upcoming events and communicating with event staff and distribution services.
  • Locate and confirm warehouse facilities for tour materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics.
  • Load, unload, and inspect tour materials, ensuring quality control and inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with distribution services to ensure accurate and timely shipments to venues.
  • Provide prompt responses to questions and issues related to materials and shipment delivery.
  • Evaluate returned materials and update inventory as needed.
  • Initiate sales orders for field staff and process internal requests.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent and related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to BGEA's Statement of Faith.
Working Conditions
  • Conventional office environment.
  • Required to travel to tour locations for extended periods, approximately 2-3 weeks per year.
