Key Responsibilities- Assist Church Ministry staff in identifying materials for upcoming events and communicating with event staff and distribution services.
- Locate and confirm warehouse facilities for tour materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics.
- Load, unload, and inspect tour materials, ensuring quality control and inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with distribution services to ensure accurate and timely shipments to venues.
- Provide prompt responses to questions and issues related to materials and shipment delivery.
- Evaluate returned materials and update inventory as needed.
- Initiate sales orders for field staff and process internal requests.
- College degree or equivalent and related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to BGEA's Statement of Faith.
- Conventional office environment.
- Required to travel to tour locations for extended periods, approximately 2-3 weeks per year.
