Job Title: Health Educator

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Health Educator to join our team. As a Health Educator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing health education programs and materials to promote health awareness and encourage healthy behaviors in communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess community health needs and develop educational materials to address those needs.
  • Implement health education programs and workshops to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health education initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote health promotion policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health education, public health, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in community outreach and program development, with a proven track record of success in promoting health education initiatives.
