  • Develop and propose policies and procedures to enhance the Therapeutic Behavior Program team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including other supports, parents, community members, and community agencies.
  • Manage data collection systems, analyze data, and ensure accurate and meaningful data analysis.
  • Stay current with literature, research findings, and resources in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in school to become a BCBA.
  • Competence in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
