Job Overview

Continuum Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) training in-home for children on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA instruction part-time in the client's home or school using individualized curriculum created by our team of experts.
  • Participate in daily communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
  • Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or current enrollment in a four-year Bachelors program is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a track record of reliability are required.
  • Creativity, multitasking, high-energy, flexibility, and patience are essential qualities for this role.
