Job Summary:The Family Medicine Physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek, including one evening shift per week and a Saturday and weekend on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- Current medical licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
- Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
- At least three years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, with a strong track record of patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
- Experience working in a team-based care environment, with a focus on patient-centered care and population health management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
