This role is focused on assisting project and program leaders in the creation and upkeep of project timelines and financial plans for significant and intricate initiatives, utilizing various project management tools such as Primavera.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain current status of resource availability
  • Evaluate data integrity and identify issues
  • Produce detailed reports utilizing Primavera and other management systems
Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • At least 2 years of experience in project scheduling
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Primavera
  • Understanding of Corps of Engineers data protocols
  • Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous

Certification: PMP certification is preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
