Job Summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and scheduling, with experience working on large federal government projects.

The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for performing as-built schedule analysis, creating and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedules, and updating monthly construction schedules. The successful candidate will also participate in schedule review meetings with clients and contractors, and provide accurate as-built records of project progress.

Responsibilities

  • Perform as-built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustment and claims
  • Create and implement CPM Baseline Schedules with latest version of Primavera P6
  • Update monthly construction schedules with narratives and progress analysis
  • Participate in schedule review meetings with clients and contractors
  • Provide accurate as-built records of project progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience with large federal government construction projects
  • Experience with latest version of Primavera P6 software
  • CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or AACE Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certifications, preferred
