Job Title: Brand Ambassador - College of Public Health

The University of Kentucky College of Public Health is seeking two current or incoming undergraduate or graduate students to serve as Brand Ambassadors for the academic year. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in elevating the college's brand awareness through various channels, including social media and events.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to promote the college's brand and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Director and other team members to create engaging content for social media, events, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct interviews with students, faculty, and staff to capture content for videos and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the college's brand and messaging.
  • Provide support for events and activities that promote the college's brand and programs.
Requirements:
  • Current or incoming undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health.
  • Experience working with video editing software and capturing video and photography on mobile devices.
  • Organized and dependable with the ability to move a project from ideation to completion with limited supervision.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and adaptable with an interest in learning new things.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
  • Proactive and efficient communicator.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks with close attention to detail.
  • Skilled at using social media to create and share engaging content.
Preferred Education/Experience:
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their uses.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
