Role Description

This is a contract role for an Adobe Workfront Solution & Configuration Consultant remote position. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Adobe Workfront solutions, gathering requirements, configuring systems, training users, and providing ongoing support and maintenance of the platform.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Experience in Adobe Workfront implementation and management
  • 1+ Years of Reporting and Analytics Experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


  • Build system architecture to solve complex problems for clients helping them to achieve business objectives
  • Implement advanced Workfront features and functions within a given application
  • Identify new functionality and enhancements in Workfront that can be incorporated into client instances
  • Design solutions within the Workfront platform based on requirements to achieve client business objectives
  • Configure Workfront objects including request queues, custom fields and forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, grouping
  • Gather details from the client on process, structure, permissions, etc. to then connect these processes to the objects within the system



  • Support testing plans for configured objects that ensure successful “go-live” deployments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with other project management tools is a plus
