Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles and promotes independence, self-motivation, and critical thinking in infants.
- Lead a team of educators in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in infants.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement professional development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of educators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents to ensure a strong partnership in supporting the educational and personal growth of their children.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and Montessori methodology to ensure the highest quality of education for our students.
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
