- Education: Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
- Experience: 0-2 years RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing, BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource, Valid Driver's License
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience: 0-2 years homecare/hospice experience
- Certifications: CHPN Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing, RN-BC RN Case Management, ANCC-RNCM Certification in Case Management
