We are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Part Time Custodian to join our team. As a facilities maintenance specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility.

Job Summary

This part-time position works less than 30 hours per week and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in facilities management.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Schedule Development: Develop a routine cleaning schedule to ensure the production facility remains clean and organized.
  • Supply Management: Ensure cleaning supplies are kept on site and stored properly to maintain efficiency.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping practices to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Ongoing Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Dependability: Demonstrate dependability, hard work, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Show flexibility with availability to accommodate changing work schedules.
  • Meticulous Attention: Display meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to physically handle heavy materials (over 50 lbs) when necessary.
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess a high level of manual dexterity to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Independence: Demonstrate the ability to work well independently.
  • Communication: Show the ability to read, listen, and comprehend instructions accurately.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess solid problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Education: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: This part-time position offers an estimated salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
