Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all outdoor spaces and facilities at Hausmann Construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating daily operations, including scheduling, specifying policies and procedures, equipment and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain aesthetically pleasing, safe, and functional outdoor spaces and facilities
  • Develop and implement long-range plans for improvements to grounds and facilities
  • Train and supervise staff in snow and ice control/removal

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Landscaping or a related field

A minimum of three years' experience working in Landscaping or a related field

Previous supervisory experience
