Under the supervision of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver direct patient care and assist in various clinical functions across all providers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately measure and document patients' vital signs.
2. Record relevant components of patients' medical history.
3. Communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, visitors, and staff.
4. Assist in in-office procedures under the guidance and supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
5. Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
6. Perform venipuncture to collect blood samples for laboratory analysis.
7. Manage prescription call-backs in accordance with scope of practice.
8. Prepare patient charts with essential clinical information.
9. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure patient examination rooms are well-stocked.
10. Comply with Albany Medical Center's regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and their families or other staff members.
- Valid LPN license from the state is required upon hire.
