About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Textron Systems. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex hardware solutions for a variety of technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solving complex problems that require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
  • Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
  • Contributing to and/or ensuring the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
  • Designing VHDL code for FPGAs (Altera/IntelPSG and/or Xilinx).
  • Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc).
  • Writing interface control documents, specifications and test procedures for designs.
  • Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 7 years' experience.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. secret clearance.
  • VHDL and/or Verilog experience.
  • C/C knowledge.
  • Radio Frequency (RF) knowledge.
  • Signal Processing experience.
