Position Details:
Job Type:
Part-time (specific hours to be discussed during the interview)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop innovative treatment strategies for individuals with injuries or conditions affecting muscles, nerves, joints, and bones.
- Provide personalized care, dedicating approximately 40 minutes to each patient.
- Assist patients in regaining function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities.
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and athletes.
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Physical Therapist License
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient outcomes
- Basic computer proficiency
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Familiarity with post-surgical rehabilitation is essential.
