Truck and Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team at Allegheny Contracting, LLC. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and trucks, as well as light-duty trucks and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair heavy equipment and trucks, including performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various types of equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed, using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a mechanic, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- A valid inspection license and the ability to use all necessary tools and equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, crouch, kneel, and stretch for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
