Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Sales: Ensure that our products are properly stocked, displayed, and facing on store shelves, and that sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to retailers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with retailers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure that our sales and merchandising goals are met.
  • Time Management: Manage your time effectively to meet sales and merchandising goals, while also ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Age and Driver's License: Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Attitude and Motivation: Possess a positive and professional attitude, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales and merchandising environment.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
