Job Overview

The faculty within the Department of Statistics at InsideHigherEd invites applications for a full-time, professional-track role at the rank of Lead Academic Facilitator. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to student success.

This role encompasses a 9-month appointment with a teaching load of 8 courses throughout the academic year.

This is an annual position that may be renewed based on departmental needs, satisfactory performance, and funding availability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing introductory statistics courses to diverse student populations. Additionally, they will contribute to departmental service as required.
The Department currently comprises twelve tenured/tenure-track faculty members and eight full-time instructors, alongside approximately 35 full-time graduate students, offering PhD, MS, and BS degrees. Qualifications Required

Applicants must possess a master's degree or higher in statistics or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of full-time university teaching experience or an equivalent amount of teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications
