The Hardcore Realtor Team is currently experiencing a surge in inbound leads, and we need more agents to manage them. Our team, along with our training and experience, will ensure you hit the ground running. Our full-time administrative staff will handle all operational tasks, allowing you to concentrate on building meaningful relationships. Compensation: $60,000+ (with significant earning potential)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly follow up on leads to expand the sales pipeline
  • Manage the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth transaction experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients to foster satisfaction and trust, thereby increasing sales volume
  • Identify new opportunities within specific areas served by our team to promote business growth
  • Collect local community insights to address any client inquiries regarding potential properties
  • Engage in weekly training sessions (initially in-person, then virtual)
  • Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate progress and ensure team and individual responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining professionalism and integrity
  • Provide post-sale assistance by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Organize and track the sales pipeline by monitoring leads, opportunities, and deals at various stages to maintain an orderly approach to sales activities
  • Educate clients on the buying or selling process, market conditions, and legal considerations to empower informed decision-making
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and guide them through the buying or selling journey
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, including pricing, financing, and closing details
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers, emphasizing key features and addressing questions
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this position
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven with a desire for professional growth
  • Strong time management skills and highly organized
  • Exude confidence in your abilities, fostering trust in clients and effectively representing their interests
