We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Interview Coordination Specialist within our office. This position involves collaborating with the sales team to evaluate candidates and arrange interviews for available positions. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; weekends off.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and assessing resumes.
- Communicating with candidates via phone or email to discuss their qualifications, address inquiries, and schedule interviews.
- Managing a high volume of job applications.
- Recruiting for various roles including administrative, light industrial, skilled trades, and professional positions.
- Distributing marketing communications to potential candidates.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer operations necessary for essential job functions, including email communication and appointment scheduling.
- A flexible individual capable of interacting with diverse personalities.
- Enjoys engaging with the public both over the phone and in person, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel is advantageous.
- Experience in the staffing industry is preferred, but candidates with backgrounds in recruiting, inside sales, customer service, reception, retail, or hospitality will also be considered.
