Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about appointment status, wait times, and other related matters
  • Document patient information thoroughly and accurately
  • Record vital signs and prepare pre-operative paperwork
  • Review post-operative instructions with patients and ensure they understand their treatment plan
  • Work closely with Surgery Schedulers to coordinate patient procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as e-mail
  • Familiarity with CPT codes, ICD-9, and ICD-10
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A dedicated work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
