About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will oversee and participate in the preparation of menu items for dining room services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff, ensuring productivity and safety
  • Perform weekly inventory and order items as needed
  • Develop daily specials
  • Ensure proper use and handling of food and equipment

Requirements

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
  • Kitchen operations and staff management experience
