Job Summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and achieving excellence in all night warehouse and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage night shift operations, including building teams, assigning accountability, and providing feedback to team members.
  • Establish and maintain productivity and quality standards, ensuring accurate and efficient order selection, product build-in, and order pull quality.
  • Oversee and maintain truck loading and unloading standards, ensuring accurate and efficient loading and unloading of products.
  • Identify and communicate customer product requirements to the team, ensuring requirements are met.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply, ensuring timely and accurate completion of product orders.
  • Monitor productivity and create strategic plans to improve and refine operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and error-free performance.
  • Develop and manage crew schedules to ensure efficient operations, maintain vacation schedule coverage, and plan for future needs.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and equipment efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Develop and manage cross-training programs to improve production and warehouse flexibility.
  • Ensure the warehouse configuration is maintained and products are properly slotted.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and all other hygiene and safety regulations or standards.
  • Oversee safety for the crew at all times, maintaining a working knowledge of PSG safety program requirements.
  • Identify, develop, and utilize a new hire trainer or trainers to educate new team members on their job responsibilities.
  • Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage expenses and asset protection, ensuring the company's financial interests are protected.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college, university, or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum of two years related experience and/or training required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) skills preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
