Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking highly skilled professionals to provide behavior consulting and mobile therapy services in Carbon County.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices for clients with autism and related disorders.
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions in home and community settings to promote positive behaviors and outcomes.
  • Support implementation of treatment plans and programs developed by supervising Behavior Consultants/BCBAs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community officials to provide guidance and support.
  • Model appropriate behaviors and provide clinical support to direct care staff.
  • Implement consequences for inappropriate behaviors while promoting positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Cross-reference information with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear and concise exchanges.
  • Develop meaningful treatment plans and therapeutic systems that address client needs.
  • Construct key experiences for clients and their families to promote growth and attachment.
  • Provide positive role engagement interventions for clients and families.
  • Improve secure caregiver-child attachments and enhance executive functioning skills.
  • Increase emotion regulation and distress tolerance/coping skills for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments in a timely manner.

Supervision of BACB candidates is provided at no additional cost to qualified staff.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A master's degree from an accredited institution in mental health services or a related field is required.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are essential.
  • One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents is preferred.

Staff Requirements
  • Appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances are mandatory for direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34, and FBI clearances).
  • Ability to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.
  • National Sex Offender Registry Verification and an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
