Mobile Therapist

We understand the complexity and needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Our mission is to provide individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, empowering our clients to reach their full potential.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized client treatment plans using best practices.
• Provide individualized therapy in home and community environments, promoting social skills and behavioral development.
• Collaborate with supervising behavior consultants/BCBAs to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plans.
• Support parents, teachers, and community officials through education and training.
• Model positive behaviors and provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences for inappropriate behavior, reinforcing positive outcomes.
• Cultivate partnerships with other professionals and agencies to enhance clinical services.
• Ensure clear communication with relevant parties, addressing concerns and facilitating progress.
• Design meaningful treatment systems, fostering growth and development.
• Construct key experiences for clients and families, promoting attachment and resilience.
• Offer positive role engagement interventions, enhancing relationships and emotional regulation.
• Enhance secure caregiver-child attachments, promoting healthy relationships.
• Provide executive function coaching, equipping clients with essential life skills.
• Foster emotion regulation and distress tolerance/coping strategies, empowering clients to manage challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in a field related to mental health or a licensed mental health professional.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably one year.

• An estimated salary range of $38-$44 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
