We are seeking an exceptional Admiral Communities Property Manager to join our team in the beautiful Knoxville, TN area.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to oversee property management operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and providing top-notch customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing properties, handling resident relations, enforcing rules and regulations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rent Collection and Home Payments: Ensure timely collection of rent and home payments from residents, following company procedures.
  • Rule Enforcement: Enforce all rules and regulations established by Admiral Communities, adhering to Federal Fair Housing Laws and avoiding any form of discrimination.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide notices for late rent, rules, and regulations violations, as well as appear in court on behalf of the company regarding evictions.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Maintain excellent communication with residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintenance and Refurbishment: Oversee maintenance and refurbishment procedures, ensuring properties are well-maintained and ready for new residents.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with residents, peers, management, and ownership.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using property management software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degrees preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish proficiency desired.
