Job Summary

AEC Resources is seeking an experienced Executive Interior Design Leader to spearhead the interior design efforts, drive project pursuit, and contribute to staff development. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the interior design team to deliver high-quality designs for architectural projects across various market sectors.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to enhance strategies that strengthen existing client relationships, develop new client relationships, and secure new project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Principals and Executive Team to promote the architectural and interior design team, with the goal of expanding interior design services.
  • Elevate design in disciplines and markets, developing design excellence and client relationships.
  • Co-lead and support design, business development, and staff development objectives with the Principals, Studio Leaders, Interior Design Manager, and Executive Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of commercial interior design experience.
  • NCIDQ and/or CID certification required.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Strong portfolio and reputation within the design industry.
  • LEED accreditation and experience with sustainable projects a plus.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Enscape, with a focus on 3D presentations.
