Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Ryan Companies US is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our healthcare team in Minneapolis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective interior design solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement interior design visions for projects, ensuring consistency and quality throughout all phases of design and construction.
  • Lead a team of interior designers through the project delivery process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate a complete and thorough set of interior design documents to meet project goals, milestones, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with healthcare project teams and clients during programming and planning efforts, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Research and lead interior design code reviews, identifying and communicating deviations in interior project scope to clients and construction teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of healthcare-specific experience, with a strong background in interior design and project management.
  • Interior Design licensure and relevant professional work experience in healthcare design, including the design of acute care, ambulatory care, medical office buildings, laboratory, and pharmacy.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare interiors and design concepts, practices, and methods.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional interior design degree.
  • LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification.
  • EDAC, CHID, or other healthcare accreditation.
