About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Lease and Rental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling the complete line of products and services offered by our company.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outside sales calls to obtain orders or contracts and demonstrate products at off-site customer locations.
• Manage sales within assigned territories and develop and present sales proposals to prospects for all product and service offerings.
• Follow up with prospects and complete the sales process, managing existing PacLease customer base and developing and coordinating marketing programs/strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment and a qualified MVR abstract.
• Transportation industry experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization and communication skills, ability to formulate complex materials, make formal presentations, and compute, analyze, and interpret complex statistical data.

Compensation and Benefits
$150,000 + Annually (Base + Unlimited Commission). Our company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, and 401(k), as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
